Wbajee Terms & Conditions — Please read before use

Introduction & Acceptance

By accessing wbajee through its website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the wbajee platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between wbajee and its users. This document sets out all rules relating to account creation, betting, payments, bonuses, and responsible gaming. wbajee reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Register

Opening a wbajee account is completely free. However, you must provide accurate and complete information at registration. Accounts created with false or misleading details may be closed at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

Information required for registration

• Full name (as it appears on your National ID or passport)
• Active mobile number or email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Password (at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters and numbers)
• Preferred currency (Bangladeshi Taka / BDT)

One Account Policy

Each person may register only one account on wbajee. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are detected, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated funds may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is also strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required for large withdrawals or transactions above a certain threshold. In such cases, you may need to submit a copy of your National ID, driving licence, or passport. Withdrawals may be on hold until the verification process is complete.

Age & Eligibility Requirements

Wbajee is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If a false age is provided during registration, the account may be closed at any time.

Individuals who are banned from gambling or have been declared ineligible by a court may not use wbajee. Platform employees and their immediate family members are also excluded from certain promotions.

Betting Rules & Conditions

Make sure you fully understand the rules of each bet before placing it on wbajee. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed.

General Betting Rules

• Each bet can be placed with a minimum of BDT 10.
• Maximum winnings per single bet are capped — see the relevant event page for details.
• Live betting is available after an event has started, but odds can change instantly.
• Wbajee reserves the right to void any bet placed at abnormal odds resulting from a technical error.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• Any bets linked to match-fixing or fraudulent activity will be voided.

Accumulator Betting

Multiple events can be combined into a single bet — known as an accumulator or combo bet. Every event in the selection must win; if any one loses, the entire bet is lost. However, the potential payout can be significantly higher.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Wbajee regularly offers a variety of bonuses. However, each bonus comes with its own terms, and failure to comply may result in the bonus being forfeited.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements that must be met.
• Each bonus has a set expiry period — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time — no stacking with another bonus while one is in progress (with limited exceptions).
• Winnings earned from a bonus are subject to terms that must be met before withdrawal.
• The Welcome Bonus applies to first-time deposits only.

Payment & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on wbajee are straightforward and secure. Popular mobile banking options including Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket, as well as bank transfers, are all supported.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: BDT 200
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits made through a third party are not permitted.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held up if KYC verification is not completed.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual or suspicious transactions.

Responsible Gaming

Wbajee believes gaming is purely for entertainment. We want every member to play with enjoyment and in a controlled manner. To support that, we provide the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Gaming is automatically stopped once losses exceed a set limit.
• Session Time Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in one session.
• Cooling-Off: Temporarily suspend your account for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself for a longer period or permanently.

Both you and wbajee share responsibility for keeping your account secure. Never share your password with anyone, and always log out after using an unfamiliar device.

• If you notice any suspicious activity, change your password immediately.
• Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled at all times.
• Do not click on phishing links — wbajee will never ask for your password via email.

Account Closure & Suspension

Wbajee reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account for the following reasons:

• For any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• For operating multiple accounts.
• If proven to be a minor.
• If there is suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Extended inactivity (12 months).

You can request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the account is closed (excluding any bonus balance).

Terms & Conditions Amendment Policy

Wbajee reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes in advance via email, SMS, or an on-platform notification.
